Calling the last minute, presenting late or not presenting at all simply does not allow us to efficiently manage the schedule for the doctors and patients. Nor does it allow us the opportunity to treat patients in need of urgent care. We endeavour to schedule appointments that are convenient for you and work with your lifestyle. A fee may be charged for inadequate notice.
